THE PRAXURA METHOD

Clarity before code.
Evidence before expansion.

Begin with a business problem and an agreed decision. Choose technology after the workflow, authority, and acceptance requirements are understood.

WHERE WE FIT

A clear role.
A shared business objective.

Praxura provides insurance workflow advisory, evaluation, and adoption support. Begin with a focused assessment of one workflow, using the processes and tools you already have.

AI vendors
Supply models and AI capabilities, with their own product terms and performance commitments.
Insurance platform providers
Own their software capabilities, roadmap, and release commitments.
Implementation partners
Configure and integrate systems within an agreed delivery scope.
Praxura
Clarifies workflow requirements and human authority, evaluates approved cases, reconciles expected work with observed results, and supports acceptance planning and adoption.
Your organization
Owns business decisions, data permissions, risk acceptance, and authorization to operate.

Roles can overlap. We agree responsibilities at the start. An assessment does not authorize live system changes; implementation and operational monitoring require separate scope and approval.

Explore the starting assessment
01

Define the work

Select a bounded workflow. Document the current process, expected work, business owner, failure criteria, and the decision the assessment will support.

02

Set the boundary

Agree approved cases, source rights, data access, review roles, and permitted effects. Keep offline evaluation, read-only monitoring, and consequential action separate.

03

Evaluate the proposed change

Use approved criteria and cases held apart from development. Preserve first-run results, versions, review effort, and exceptions. Model-based assessments require human calibration and review.

04

Reconcile independently

Compare every expected item to its result or explicit disposition. Investigate missing, failed, duplicated, timed-out, or incorrectly routed work. For authorized live effects, check the downstream system.

05

Make the next decision

Present supported findings and unresolved gaps. The accountable customer reviewer decides whether to proceed, constrain, revise, or stop. Implementation and production authority require their own approval.

AN ESSENTIAL DISTINCTION

Evidence informs authority.
It does not replace it.

A report, an evaluation score, or a successful technical check does not independently authorize customer decisions, establish legal compliance, or demonstrate production readiness.
